SASMOA terms & conditions

The Terms and Conditions include provision of the Constitution and Rules of the South Australian Salaried Medical Officers Assocation("SASMOA") and Australian Salaried Medical Officers Federation (SA Branch) ("ASMOF").

I herewith make application for membership of SASMOA on and from the date of this application, and agree to abide by the rules and policies of SASMOA as they may be amended from time to time. And I herewith make application for membership of ASMOF on and from the date of this application, and agree to abide by the rules and policies of ASMOF as they may be amended from time to time.

Existing Issue Policy

Service from SASMOA will commence from the day of your membership. If you have existing issues which you might seek SASMOA's assistance to resolve, SASMOA does not undertake to address those issues as part of membership, but may agree to undertake them after consideration. This will include whether or not additional fees may need to be paid for SASMOA to undertake that work.

Resignation Policy

Any member may resign from the Association in accordance with the rules.

"Rule 46 - Any member may resign from the Association by giving the Secretary at least one month's notice in writing of their intention to do so, and by paying all contributions and levies owing by the member up to the date of expiration of such notice."
